JOB DESCRIPTION
CANAMMEATS is seeking a driven individual with at least 2 years experience in the food warehouse industry and a valid forklift certificate (electrical-counter balance).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Picking
- Shipping and Receiving
- Warehouse operations
- Following HACCP policies and procedures
- Organizing boxes in the warehouse-some lifting required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years experience in forklift driving
- At least one year experience in a cold storage environment
- Meat and Food service industry experience a definite asset
- Good communication and time management skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- High School diploma
OTHER SKILLS
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Quick learner
- Interest in warehouse operations
