JOB DESCRIPTION
CANAMMEATS is a seeking a performance driven individual, with a passion for selling and building relationships, to further sales career in the meat distribution industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound sales calls to to established customer list and prospect list
- Answer inbound calls from all accounts
- Order entry
- Generate new customer leads
- Develop new business
- Provide excellent customer service
- Negotiate spot sales
- Up-sell customers with product specific to their business
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Results oriented focus with desire for success
- Customer service / sales experience
- Meat and Food service industry experience a definite asset
- Strong communication and good time management skills
- Present professional image over the phone & in person
- Self motivated and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- College diploma or university degree
OTHER SKILLS:
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Be able to adapt to changing requirements of a fast-based business
- Build customer relationships
